This part-time executive management position involves directing a small staff to ensure the Board meets its statutory responsibilities, including licensure and regulatory functions.

Responsibilities
Direct a staff of two (2) individuals to develop, evaluate and implement the administrative procedures to ensure that the Board fulfills its mandated responsibilities
Administer the statutory mandates of the Board
Ensure compliance with budget and planning requirements
Qualification
Required
bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
six years of administrative or professional experience
three years of experience at a supervisory or management level
a master's degree will substitute for one year of general experience
additional experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis for the bachelor's degree
a doctorate will substitute for two years of general experience
Preferred
executive-level managerial experience
experience leading staff in the development, evaluation and implementation of administrative procedures
working knowledge of residential child care
