Responsibilities
Ensures fiscal responsibility, accurate charge capture, and effective productivity tracking
Provides enhanced operational oversight across all respiratory care locations
Maintains systems and processes to support real-time auditing and analytics
Reviews and analyzes financial data; reports variances to the Director
Tracks volume, utilization, efficiency metrics, and other key statistics
Coordinates the Respiratory Care revenue cycle process, including charge master updates, routine audits, and daily charge processing
Assists in the development of annual budgets and volume projections
Retrieves and analyzes departmental data to support DNV and other certification/compliance requirements
Supports strategic planning through business plans for proposed programs
Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and compares them to internal goals and national benchmarks
Reviews monthly budgets to identify cost-reduction opportunities
Recommends and implements efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Supports margin analysis to identify growth opportunities aligned with Phoenix Children’s strategic goals
Serves as a financial resource to providers within Respiratory Care Services
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
