Responsibilities
You will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system
Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Provide MES Manufacturing Execution System support for PASX
Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation
Facilitate effective communication between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless operations
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of work experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience with Werum Manufacturing Execution Solution PAS-X or a similar MES
Must be willing to work shifts including nights and weekends
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree
Pharmaceutical Industry experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
