The marketing specialist will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand, grow patient volume, and strengthen community relations, while managing the hospital's digital presence and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand
Growing patient volume and strengthening community relations
Functioning as a key communication liaison with community constituents
Promoting specific service lines and managing the hospital's digital presence
Ensuring that all outreach aligns with healthcare regulations and the organization’s mission
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field from an accredited educational institution required
Three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting required
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills, detail oriented and organizational skills required
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
Requires a valid state of Florida driver's license
