Social Media Coordinator
Crema Gourmet is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about content and creativity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media content, engaging with followers, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand's online presence.

Responsibilities
Own and maintain the social content calendars for all SP Hospitality brands
Translate business goals, promotions, and events into engaging platform-first content strategies
Identify trends, cultural moments, and local opportunities to keep our brands relevant and fresh
Plan balanced publishing schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (photo, video, graphics, copy, stories, reels)
Capture in-store moments, events, and launches to create real-time storytelling
Write captions that reflect each brand’s voice and personality
Produce lightweight creative assets independently and partner with designers when needed
Optimize content by platform and format for maximum reach and engagement
Maintain brand consistency across visuals and messaging
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster meaningful connections
Moderate user-generated content and protect brand reputation
Collaborate with customer relations and operations teams to address feedback quickly
Support influencer partnerships and local collaborations
Launch and manage paid social campaigns and promotions
Test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve results
Optimize pages and profiles for visibility and growth
Track performance across all platforms
Build reports on reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
Analyze trends and insights to continuously improve content and campaigns
Apply learnings from SEO, SEM, and paid media performance to optimize creative, targeting, and growth strategies
Use data to guide creative decisions and campaign direction
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Support store openings, events, and activations
Help coordinate promotions and local marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
Strong writing, editing, photography, and video skills
Experience managing multi-platform social calendars
Knowledge of social analytics and reporting tools
Understanding of paid social advertising
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and CRO best practices
Ability to move fast, stay organized, and multitask in a high-energy environment
Positive, collaborative, detail-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
