Responsibilities
Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
Assessment (and demonstration) of fair and reasonable
Cost or pricing analysis (or other than)
Knowledge of fair and reasonable techniques as defined by FAR15 and Honeywell GPM
Ability to establish and build connections with cross functional points of contact
Qualification
Required
3 or more years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual agreements
Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
Assessment (and demonstration) of fair and reasonable
Cost or pricing analysis (or other than)
Knowledge of fair and reasonable techniques as defined by FAR15 and Honeywell GPM

Preferred
Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
Ability to work in ambiguity with minimal direction
High success in problem solving in a complex and fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, establish and maintain connections to internal teams
High degree of organizational skills and ability to execute under tight timelines
Maintain status of workload and escalate to Director when needed
Supply chain and supplier experience
Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industries
