Responsibilities
Perform assigned tasks related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. data entry, making copies, ordering office supplies, etc.)
Facilitate orientation for new employees
Prepare billing
Input data into front end systems
Maintain a neat and orderly office environment
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
Proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite
Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to try new things
Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed
Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift
Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily
Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily
Standing - less than 2 hours daily
Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily
Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily
Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely
Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally
