Marketing Coordinator

The Agency RE is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day marketing needs of their office locations. This role involves creating marketing materials, managing social media, coordinating events, and supporting agent onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

Create listing marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email blasts, brochures, ads, signage, open house collateral)
Manage social media calendars, content creation, engagement, and basic reporting
Coordinate photography/video, staging assets, floor plans, and MLS-ready marketing packages
Maintain brand standards across all offices, teams, and agent materials
Build and send email campaigns (newsletters, new listings, price improvements, open houses, recruiting)
Support events (open houses, agent trainings, community events) and coordinate logistics and promo
Handle print production and vendor coordination (printers, mailers, swag, signage)
Assist with agent onboarding and marketing training (templates, headshots, bios, brand tools)

Required

Service Oriented and Team Player
2-3 years marketing experience
Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization (internal and client-facing)
Proficient in Google Office Suite
Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign) or Canva
Graphic Design experience preferred
Experience with email marketing systems
Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
