Responsibilities
Working in the field with your team to generate leads in local neighborhoods
Using your "conversational agility" to adapt to different homeowners and build rapport
Setting expectations for our "Signature Service" in-home consultations
Maintaining a clean company vehicle and ensuring you have all necessary equipment daily
Qualification
Required
A mature team player with a positive outlook
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive motions
Someone with 6+ months of sales/marketing experience
