Entry, Mid LevelKINCO Automation is expanding into the U.S. market and building its local team from the ground up. They are looking for a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow their factory automation business.

Responsibilities
Support sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos
Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users
Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems
Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first-machine builds
Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement
Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams
Qualification
Required
Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems
Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer)
Strong communication skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-growing U.S. organization
Fluent Chinese and English
