Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Partner with prospects to design how Unify fits their GTM stack and workflows
Lead technical conversations with RevOps, Sales, and IT stakeholders
Identify patterns across customers that point to product opportunities or gaps
Reframe problems when customers are asking for the wrong solution
Represent the customer's voice internally, i.e. what's working, what's confusing, what's missing
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Deep familiarity with the GTM tech stack, i.e. CRMs, enrichment providers, outbound tools, CDPs, data warehouses
Technical breadth with depth in at least one area (integrations, data pipelines, APIs)
Ability to lead a room, comfortable presenting to both operators and executives
Strong listener who can translate what customers say into what they actually need
Aligned with Unify's values: humility, ownership, structured progress, and customer-first thinking
Preferred
familiarity with Unify's product offerings, RevOps tools, and integrations in the growth/marketing stack
