Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information to assure business process needs are met
Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops and site visits
Ensures that requirements are presented and/or delivered to the business
Works with guidance to define an approach or plan appropriate to the request or project
Writes functional requirements, develops, and executes test plans to assure project success
Responsible for configuration of non-complex changes in the SAP ERP system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years' experience in one or more SAP functional areas or disciplines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
