Responsibilities
Call and connect with all given leads on a daily basis
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
Document each customer contact into Data
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
Maintain knowledge of new products and services
Work from home. hybrid schedule, is available after training is completed
Qualification
Required
Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required
Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience
Track Record of Success, (calls a day and close ratio)
Preferred
Farmers Insurance experience preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
