Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in core Human Resources functions such as employee onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance management
Experience in Benefits Administration, including managing employee benefits programs, enrollment processes, and related services
Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline and optimize HR processes
Knowledge and understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in HR roles or administrative positions is an advantage
