Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid Real Estate License to operate in the state of Texas
Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property handling, with knowledge of the local rental market
Proficient in Customer Service and Sales, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client needs and property transactions
Preferred
Experience with rental properties is highly preferred
Familiarity with real estate management or leasing software is advantageous
