Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using the company’s booking system
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including processing payments and receipts
Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
Promote spa services, packages, and membership programs to clients
Maintain accurate client records and update personal and billing information as needed
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented and reliable
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or spa settings
