The Cloud AI Infrastructure Administrator will support Illumio’s hybrid and multi-cloud environments, assist with daily operational administration, and contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/Bicep under senior engineering guidance.

Responsibilities

Support administration of AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts, resources, and subscriptions
Perform provisioning, configuration, and routine monitoring tasks
Assist with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform / Bicep / CloudFormation
Monitor performance, cost, and scalability metrics across environments
Troubleshoot cloud incidents and escalate when needed
Implement foundational security controls and assist with compliance evidence collection
Use AI-based tools such as Cursor AI / Codex for small automation tasks

Required

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
0 –1+ years of cloud/hybrid infrastructure administration experience
Foundational knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP
Basic scripting proficiency in Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with Terraform/Bicep and basic networking fundamentals

Preferred

Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900), or Terraform
Exposure to CICD, monitoring, or automation tools
