Field Service Technician
UltraSource LLC is a company that has served the processing and packaging equipment needs of various industries since 1883. They are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support for equipment installation, training, repair, and customer support both in-house and at customer locations.

Responsibilities
Performs installations of all product lines at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications
Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues with equipment, and eliminate future operational or service difficulties
Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, manufacturing, and other personnel
Maintains accurate records of performance reports, expenses, billable hours, and trip reports
Documents cases in CRM database in a timely fashion
Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that technical support and effective service is provided to the customer
Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time, often for multiple consecutive weeks at the customer's site
Qualification
Required
Certification from college or technical school; or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Teams)
Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time, often for multiple consecutive weeks at the customer's site
Must be able to fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Preferred
Vocational training or apprenticeships in electrical and mechanical skills (specifically schematics and wiring diagrams), industrial control systems, PLC relay logic and 3 phase motors
HVAC certification or experience
Bi-lingual/Spanish capabilities a plus, but not required
