They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the U.S. and Canada, leading the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities
Deliver regional sales and revenue targets through proactive business development
Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities within target sectors
Lead the full sales process — from first meeting to close
Develop deep client relationships and expand existing accounts
Represent Conflux at key industry events and conferences across North America
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in B2B technical or engineering business development, ideally within aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
A self-starter who thrives working autonomously across time zones and cultures
A strong existing network and understanding of our key North American sectors
Proven track record in winning new business and growing complex accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
