Responsibilities

Design and produce visually compelling assets across print, digital, and physical formats to support brand execution across North America
Translate the KEVIN.MURPHY brand strategy and creative direction into distinctive, modern, and on-brand design solutions
Contribute to the development and adaptation of global toolkits and campaign systems, ensuring flexibility across regional markets and channels
Maintain brand consistency and uphold design excellence across all creative outputs
Create and adapt digital assets for social media, CRM/email, web, and motion graphics that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement
Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to deliver engaging, data-informed creative that supports campaign performance and customer experience
Develop visual merchandising, retail, and event design materials that bring the brand to life across salons, trade shows, and pop-up experiences
Design packaging, labels, and printed collateral with precision, ensuring adherence to brand standards, production requirements, and print quality
Collaborate with printers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution and material excellence
Partner with Global and North American Education teams to design, adapt, and localise education materials across print, digital, and motion media
Transform complex educational content into visually engaging, stylist-friendly design that inspires and elevates learning experiences
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams to interpret briefs, define creative priorities, and deliver solutions that meet business goals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity, precision, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Present concepts and design solutions confidently, incorporating feedback and iteration to achieve the best outcome

Qualification

Required

Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion, animation, or video editing a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory with an aesthetic attuned to premium, fashion-led design
Skilled in designing across digital and print formats, including campaign assets, social content, packaging, and environmental graphics
Confident in production processes, print preparation, and liaising with external vendors to ensure design integrity
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and creative concepts
Creative storytelling: Ability to translate brand strategy into inspiring, high-impact visual design
Collaboration: Thrives in a global, cross-functional environment where ideas and feedback drive continuous improvement
Detail orientation: Maintains accuracy and craftsmanship across all deliverables, balancing creativity with precision
Time management: Effectively manages multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between concept development and execution, adjusting to evolving project needs and brand direction
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
4+ years of professional design experience within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred
Proven experience creating visual assets for both digital and physical environments, from campaign visuals to in-store merchandising
Experience working within or supporting global brand systems while tailoring design for regional relevance
Portfolio demonstrating premium, contemporary design sensibility and a strong eye for brand consistency
