Repairs and services hospital support and communication equipment
Knowledgeable in HVAC systems and controls, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing. Ability to read blueprints and electrical control diagrams
Performs scheduled maintenance on hospital support equipment
Responsible for completing proper paper work for ordering, supplies and repair services
Prioritizes daily work to address safety and patient related work requests first
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years in the field of facility support and the ability to exhibit a strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Valid Stationary Engineer license
Extensive experience in operating and maintaining large-scale building systems
Profound understanding of MEP principles
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to safety
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment dedicated to ensuring uninterrupted facility operations
Knowledgeable in HVAC systems and controls, pneumatics, hydraulics and plumbing
Ability to read blueprints and electrical control diagrams
Responsible for completing proper paperwork for ordering, supplies and repair services
Prioritizes daily work to address safety and patient related work requests first
Preferred
Three years of hospital facility service is preferred with the ability to exhibit sound working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
