Responsibilities

Warehouse Supervisor provides training to new hires in the department
Warehouse Supervisor performs as back-up for the Inventory Analyst for the specific site
Warehouse Supervisor performs as back-up for the Warehouse Associate Team Leads
Ensure inventory is organized and labeled within the warehouse
Drive a continuous improvement culture
Other duties as assigned
Track, verify, and issue materials in Epicor; ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP system
Monitor and replenish out-of-stock items for stock or specific orders
Schedule material pickups and allocate jobs according to the shipping schedule
Maintain accurate inventory levels on the shelf and in the ERP system
Verify daily cycle counts and address discrepancies; notify Inventory Analyst
Conduct RCCA for cycle count discrepancies and track material shortages
Ensure all issued materials align with job requirements before closure
Track scrap, review discrepancies, and notify relevant teams to prevent shortages
Support receiving teams, resolving discrepancies, and complete inbound receiving in the ERP system
Conduct RCCA, non-conformance, and inspection processing
Notify Inventory Manager/Analyst of cycle count discrepancies and material variances
Verify all required documents (BOMs, BOLs, pack slips, tracking info) are scanned and entered in the ERP system
Ensure quality issues are reported to Engineering and Purchasing
Develop and maintain SOPs, job traveler packets, and standard work procedures
Evaluate and refine job processes quarterly for accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with proper documentation, audits, and reporting standards
Issue and return materials for jobs and MFG operations, correcting discrepancies
Track material shortages and upcoming replenishments; ensure smooth materials flow
Verify order fulfillment accuracy before shipments leave the facility
Audit warehouse operations, ensuring timely updates in production boards and ERP
Oversee warehouse layout, labeling, and accessibility for efficiency and safety
Manage waste disposal, recycling, and site training programs for compliance
Assign and direct daily job tasks to optimize warehouse performance

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse associate/shipping position, preferably in a manufacturing facility. Experience driving a forklift truck is required
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow-through on assignments
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks
Self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects to completion with minimal oversight
Warehouse Supervisor requires advanced leadership abilities
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training experience
