Responsibilities

Assist clients in achieving their environmental compliance needs under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and other requirements
Work with team members to interpret and process environmental data, make strategic decisions based on sound engineering judgment, produce quality deliverables, provide excellent customer service and project management for clients, and maintain good working relationships with State regulatory agencies on environmental compliance and permit issues
Oversee the completion of air, water, and waste permit applications, along with driving project accuracy, completion, and satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or similar field of study
10+ years of consulting experience in environmental compliance, with a focus on completing air permit applications
2+ years of demonstrated supervisory experience with one or more employees, and comfortable being in a full time management level position
Proficiency in formulating air permit applications that align with diverse regulatory requisites and industries
Ability to perform air dispersion modeling, air emission calculations, and leverage methods like mass-balance, engineering judgement, and AP-42 emission factors
Familiarity with Clean Air Act, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, New Source Performance Standards, Title V Permitting, and New Source Review/Prevention of Significant Deterioration
