IT Operations Manager
ReviveRX is a premier licensed pharmacy specializing in health, wellness, and restorative medicine. The IT Operations Manager leads day-to-day IT Operations, overseeing IT Support and IT Systems Administration teams to ensure efficient delivery of IT services across the company while driving operational excellence and measurable performance.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop IT Support and IT Systems Administration teams, ensuring performance is measured and the team is well-balanced
Establish clear expectations and accountability across IT Operations, while optimizing the tools and platforms that support those expectations
Define and enforce IT Operations SLAs and service standards, and driving root-cause analysis when SLA’s aren’t met
Own IT communications (project announcements/IT updates), while maintaining IT standards, procedures, and related documentation
Own IT Operations KPIs and performance metrics
Partner with IT Engineering, Cybersecurity/GRC, and business departments on initiatives and projects
Manage IT vendors, contracts, renewals, and negotiations
Drive cost optimization and service improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years IT Operations experience
3+ years people management experience
Both Windows and macOS expertise
Extensive Microsoft O365 administration experience
AWS and/or Azure cloud operations knowledge
2+ years vendor and contract management experience
Onsite 5 days/week with local travel required (Houston and Austin)
Preferred
Certifications: MS 0365, Apple, AWS, Azure, HIPAA
Healthcare/HIPAA or regulated environment experience
CrowdStrike and Cove experience
