Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal team members
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
Escalate unresolved incidents to higher support tiers when necessary
Respond to help desk tickets
Diagnose hardware/software problems
Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues
Ensure effective communication with team members to resolve technical challenges

Qualification

CompTIA A+ITIL Foundations CertificationTicketing systemsWindows troubleshootingCustomer-service mindsetMultitaskingCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Knowledge of basic computer hardware, operating systems, and software troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing systems and IT support processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional support interactions
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Customer-service mindset with problem-solving skills to deliver excellent support experiences

Preferred

Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundations Certification
Familiarity with Windows and basic network troubleshooting is an advantage
