Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain OneStream dashboards and reporting solutions
Develop logic from data imports and shape outputs for business use
Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analysis
Enhance OneStream business rules, metadata, and application functionality
Support budgeting and CAPEX planning by connecting financials with operational drivers like headcount
Take internal ownership of a platform previously supported by external consultants
Partner closely with global finance teams to support consolidation and reporting needs
Qualification
Required
Experience developing within OneStream (or similar EPM/consolidation tools)
Strong SQL and data-driven reporting skills
Technical development exposure (C#, VB.NET, VBA a plus)
Dashboarding and reporting design experience
Understanding of consolidation and corporate finance reporting processes
Strong communication skills and comfort level supporting business stakeholders
Preferred
Global, multi-entity reporting environments
Manufacturing or automotive industry background
Experience owning systems post-implementation
