Responsibilities
Lead daily accounting operations, including cost/variance analysis, inventory transactions, and operations review
Lead efficient and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Maintaining GAAP compliance and regulatory standards
Serve as the Controller responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
Enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities to support strategic decisions
Oversee CapEx planning and budgeting processes
Qualification
Required
Lead daily accounting operations, including cost/variance analysis, inventory transactions, and operations review

Serve as the Controller responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Audit experience (internal or external) is a plus
Experience with ERP systems; advanced knowledge of OneStream, Dynamics 365, and Jet Reports preferred
CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) preferred
