Responsibilities

Guide sponsors and funds on deal execution, investment judgment, and process discipline
Mentor analysts and deal scouts, elevating technical skill, judgment, and transaction readiness
Access curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and platform-driven exposure
Build a verified Mentor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Advise sponsors on deal structuring, diligence strategy, and investment committee readiness
Review and challenge models, assumptions, and return drivers
Provide hands-on mentorship to analysts on LBO modeling, diligence workflows, and IC preparation
Support negotiation strategy and closing readiness
Offer portfolio-level insights on value creation and operational improvement
Participate in curated introductions with capital partners or co-investors, when appropriate
