Responsibilities
Schedule Coordination: Develop, maintain, and adjust daily or weekly schedules for personnel based on operational priorities and resource availability
Planning Support: Work closely with managers and team leads to forecast workload, allocate resources, and plan upcoming activities
Data Management: Analyze reporting data to determine optimal assignment of employee resources to client field projects
Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments to communicate schedule changes, conflicts, and status updates in a timely manner
Performance Monitoring: Track progress against schedules and deadlines, identifying delays or resource shortages and recommending corrective actions
Documentation: Maintain records of schedules, timelines, and resource allocations for reporting and analysis
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements that enhance scheduling efficiency and team productivity

Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
1-2 years relevant job experience and/or equivalent training
Good work ethic and eagerness to contribute to a fast growing business
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to change, and is a successful multi-tasker
Proficient in Excel
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field)
Experience utilizing dashboard-based tools and database systems preferred
