Responsibilities
Use quality tools and practices to establish approval criteria and identify quality concerns
Investigate unit and process-related quality issues, gather and analyze data, facilitate and implement corrective actions
Provide work direction to inspectors on containment, quality procedures, and process monitoring tools
Facilitate quality-related discussions with internal and external customers to drive corrective actions
Generate monthly quality reports for metric monitoring and participate in management reviews
Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement projects (CI)
Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and work collaboratively with teams
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with strong shop floor experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to proactively identify and resolve quality concerns
Comfortable providing work direction and facilitating discussions
