Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support
Oversee civil site development and infrastructure design for public and private clients
Prepare, review, and seal engineering calculations, plans, and technical documents
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Support quality control and ensure projects meet professional and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Several years of experience in civil site development and/or infrastructure design
Strong knowledge of permitting processes and design standards
Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team growth
