Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting and construction support
Oversee civil site development and infrastructure design for public and private clients
Prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and reports
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff
Provide technical guidance, quality control, and professional judgment across projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Several years of experience in civil site development and/or infrastructure design
Strong understanding of permitting, design standards, and project delivery
Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and communicate effectively
Interest in mentoring staff and contributing to team growth
