Sales Enablement Analyst - Paycor

Responsibilities

Respond to sales support requests effective and efficiently, escalating complex concerns as needed
Create and maintain training and quick reference materials to aid in the sales process. Collaborate with Sales Learning team to create, review and update training materials as needed
Resolve issues directly, and engage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for timely expert support when necessary
Resolve all support requests within the committed Service Level Agreements, notifying senior level support when needed
Utilize product knowledge and best practices to address prospective client and seller concerns and support the sale-close process
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Paycor products, software, and services
Streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, making recommendations on process improvements and identifying risks
Support and advance the overall sales enablement strategy
Analyze trends to identify ways to improve sales training and overall seller knowledge
Report on sales support activity and trending

Required

Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent Paycor experience - Required
