Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology program delivery from initial requirements definition and solution evaluation through implementation, optimization, and process re-engineering
Develop, manage, and maintain the comprehensive technology project plan, including scope, timeline, and budget, in close partnership with the implementation vendor
Establish and uphold strong technology governance practices to drive alignment, communication, and coordination across the technology workstreams
Act as the primary liaison for the Technology and Data organization, ensuring consistent and transparent status reporting to stakeholders
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of program risks, issues, actions, and decisions, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum seven years of recent progressive experience in HR Technology and Data, including a minimum of three years leading teams
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management or related discipline
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives; experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Deep expertise in HR technologies, supported by strong analytical acumen, critical-thinking ability, and effective problem-solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential is a plus
