Qualification
Required
Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
Proven experience in Technical Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers
Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience recruiting for roles in the technology or AI sectors
