Building Automation Service - Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Own and execute a strategic account and vertical market plan within the assigned territory (Greater Philadelphia or Scranton/Allentown) to drive service agreement growth and new business development
Build, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve booking, revenue, and profitability targets
Act as a trusted consultant to building owners and end users by assessing technology needs, advising on service solutions and budgets, and positioning Siemens as a leader in smart building services
Monitor customer trends, market conditions, and competitive activity across building automation, HVAC, fire, electrical, IoT, and digital service offerings
Collaborate with service operations, engineering, and multiple Siemens sales divisions to support new projects, strategic accounts, and exceptional customer outcomes
Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and resource coordination while representing Siemens at industry events and traveling up to 10% overnight for training and business development
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer facing role within the building automation or commercial HVAC industries
Ability to estimate and sell technical service offerings effectively and independently
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
Salesforce CRM
3+ years of building automation service sales experience
Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, education, data center, and commercial office vertical markets
Experience selling to end users/owners and demonstrated understanding of how to market, position, and sell cloud-based, data-driven service programs
