Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in safety management
Ability to support and maintain the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
Experience with injury reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
Capability to conduct safety training, orientations, and ongoing education
Experience performing plant site walk-throughs, inspections, and audits
Ability to help build, implement, and improve safety programs across locations
