2+ years expOatridge Security Group (OSG) is looking for a hands-on Talent Development Manager in Tacoma to help us build great teams, deliver consistent training, and ensure high-quality service across our job sites. This role involves leading training programs, supporting new site launches, and partnering with operations and HR to enhance employee development and compliance.

Responsibilities
Lead new hire orientation and ongoing training programs
Develop and maintain post orders, training materials, and operational documentation
Conduct weekly job site quality inspections and meet with clients
Support new site launches from setup through day-one readiness
Train officers and supervisors and facilitate leadership development
Partner with recruiting on hiring, interviews, and onboarding
Assist HR with employee relations and disciplinary processes
Help ensure consistent standards, compliance, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Washington State driver's license with acceptable driving record
Washington State Security Guard license (we can help with that!)
At least 2 years of experience in security, operations, or training coordination
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language fluently
Excellent customer service skills in phone and face to face conversation, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong coaching skills
Comfort working across job sites and with diverse teams
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive matters
Organized, adaptable, and hands-on
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
