Senior Business Development Executive

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to build and expand client relationships, ensuring network value and strong ROI for partners.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and expand relationships with new and existing partners across personal loans, short-term loans, and other credit products
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction
Negotiate commercial agreements to optimize margins, conversion rates, and performance
Understand lead quality criteria and align with Stop Go Networks’ lead distribution model
Analyze daily performance reports, identify issues, and provide optimization strategies
Collaborate with affiliate and publisher management teams to ensure quality leads are routed to the right partners
Actively source and close new partnerships in the fintech space, including lenders, affiliates, neo-banks, aggregators, emailers, SMS partners & media organizations etc
Maintain a strong cadence of networking, outreach, and engagement with decision-makers
Manage complex sales cycles, coordinating with internal teams and executives
Represent Stop Go Networks at industry events and conferences across the USA

Required

Minimum of 2–7+ years' experience in lender sales, client success, or business development within financial services or fintech
Strong track record of winning and growing partnerships
Knowledge of lending products, credit risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
Proven consultative sales skills, including prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing
Experience managing client accounts and providing excellent customer success outcomes
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a critical eye for problem-solving
Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel, and CRM tools; internet savvy and adaptable with technology

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
