Inside Sales Intern

LONG Building Technologies is a leading provider of HVAC equipment and contracting services, serving commercial clients. The Inside Sales Intern will provide basic take-off, pricing, and sales support for Sales Engineers of the BI Sales Team, assisting with bids, project pricing, and equipment orders under supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Sales Engineer members of the Building Automations Sales Team
Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees
Assist with system selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees
Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees
Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems
Other duties as assigned

Required

2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization
Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
Excellent time management and task prioritization
Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry
