InternScheels is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidates for their Digital Merchandising Internship. Interns will collaborate with the E-Commerce and Buying teams on various tasks, including product launches for clothing and shoes, vendor dropship programs, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities
Management of brands and specialty clothing and footwear shops on scheels.com
Collect, enter, and upload brand and product data from vendors to the website including images, copy, product specifications, and all forms of digital media
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for the purpose of product data management
Daily management of brand/category marketing efforts, pricing, promotions, and strategies
A strong understanding of retail systems, buying, and digital merchandising
Work closely with our buying office to partner on product launches, vendor dropship programs, identifying key trends, inventory planning, and buying
Remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details and strong initiative for continuous improvement
Maintain a strong, proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
Qualification
Required
Enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for the purpose of product data management
Strong understanding of retail systems, buying, and digital merchandising
Ability to remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details
Strong initiative for continuous improvement
Proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
Genuinely and consistently treat co-workers, customers and business partners like they are the most important person
Approach daily tasks, projects and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency
Cultivate a deep desire to become a knowledge expert in their role

Preferred
Interest in obtaining an Associate's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
