Responsibilities
Complete accounting and reporting activities in accordance with US GAAP and the company accounting policies
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of the Accounts receivable tasks for your area of responsibility on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure month-end close, SoX controls, and financial reporting deadlines met
Provide documentation and support to internal and external auditors. Ensure compliance with all SoX controls
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Help foster an environment of continuous improvement on the accounts receivable team
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience working in the Finance or Accounting field
Degree in Accounting or finance required
Strong technical and analytical accounting skills including account reconciliations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
Knowledge in Oracle Financial is a plus
Strong collaborator, self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to learn
Possess excellent people skills working with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
