Qualification
Required
Good communication skills (US English Accent)
The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
familiarity with CRM systems and practices
A minimum Bachelor's degree or experience/Certifications can exempt someone from the minimum required qualifications
Preferred
Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
