Responsibilities
Operate and scale your startup as a primary founder
Work directly with 1752vc partners on company strategy and execution
Define and track key growth, revenue, and operating metrics
Refine go-to-market, pricing, and distribution strategy
Pressure-test unit economics, hiring plans, and operational decisions
Prepare your company for fundraising and investor engagement
Engage with mentors, operators, and investors relevant to your business
Qualification
Required
Early-stage founder with real-world operating experience
Ability to commit to weekly execution and strategy cadence
Clear vision for scaling a venture-scale business
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Founder or co-founder of an early-stage startup
Product in market or meaningful traction
Strong ownership mindset and execution velocity
Comfortable operating in high-accountability environments
Open to direct feedback and iterative improvement
Serious intent to scale a venture-backed business
Industry-agnostic. Software, AI, and consumer businesses are encouraged
