Responsibilities
Arrive on time to assigned Exchanges during scheduled shifts
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Introduce OIDO and hearing awareness at a high level
Guide customers through hearing awareness screenings
Demonstrate hearing devices and mobile app functionality
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demo area
Represent OIDO’s values, compliance standards, and brand presence
