Responsibilities
Develop and drive the product strategy for Mailchimp’s Homepage to align with overall business goals and user needs
Enhance the user experience of the Homepage for both FTU and tenured users. Identify and address pain points through user feedback and data analysis
Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver compelling product features and improvements
Define, monitor, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to user engagement, conversion rates, and overall Homepage performance
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements
Conduct market and user research to stay abreast of trends and competitor strategies. Use insights to inform product decisions
Lead A/B testing and other experimentation initiatives to optimize user journeys and interface elements. Analyze results to make data-driven decisions
Clearly articulate product decisions and how they enhance user experiences with stakeholders and leadership. Provide regular updates on progress and efficacy of product initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience
Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals
Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making
Proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies (Amplitude, Optimizely, SQL a plus)
Passion for understanding user needs and championing an exceptional user experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Plus for experience managing Homepage or common experiences
