Responsibilities
Managing a spread sheet-based schedule (what feature am I working on, or next feature being worked on)
Involve engagement with product manager to understand the behavior they are expecting with the feature
Work with engineering team to test that the behavior delivered is meeting needs of what is specified
Helping with testing automation: test and retest features – skills in terms of automating and make it more efficiently
Searching for curiosity on how to make things better
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
4+ years industry experience testing software, including website applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Proficiency working in a Linux/Unix environment
Experience with QA process and Software Development Life Cycle
Preferred
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java and SQL is desired, but not required
Experience with Selenium highly desired
Prior experience with test automation or integration testing
