Comfortable generating leads and making outreach — You're not afraid to make the first move, whether it's a phone call, email, or in-person conversation
Ability to build rapport with families — You can talk to parents with ease, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right solution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — You're great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids
Fluent in English and Spanish — You can confidently communicate with families in both languages
Team player who takes initiative — You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement
