Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact throughout all project phases
Represent internal interests in Steering Committee and Engagement Leadership meetings, ensuring alignment with executive sponsors
Partner with technical leads to track milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
Oversee internal teams responsible for legacy data extraction, test environment services, and integration development
Identify and drive business process reengineering opportunities to improve efficiency
Manage the full project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and critical path
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design sessions with internal and external partners
Oversee data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks, and decisions to executive sponsors and key stakeholders
Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and end‑user support
Ensure documentation of new processes, workflows, and system configurations
Establish a framework for ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing financial management system implementations
Strong project management skills
Experience working with external implementation partners or VARs
Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes
Preferred
Sage Intacct strongly preferred
PMP or similar certification is a plus
