Responsibilities
Lead architecture and development of complex, high-scale systems

Mentor and support growth of engineers across the team
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional software development experience
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems in production environments
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java)
Strong understanding of systems architecture, observability, and deployment best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiative
Preferred
Experience with ML model serving or AI product integration
Prior ownership of mission-critical systems with high availability requirements
Background in performance engineering or systems optimization
Experience mentoring senior engineers or leading architectural review
